We strive to achieve the perfect home from home living experience. With over 26 years of
experience means we’re up to speed with every kind of care-need scenario. Whatever the
situation, there’s an excellent chance we’ve handled it before.
At Eastfield Farm Residential Home we work closely with family and residents, keeping everyone up to date and informed at all times in order that you have the time, support and help you need to deal with the transition.
Our friendly caring ethos is something we are immensely proud of and something we work hard to deliver to each family and resident throughout their stay. Our team strive to preserve the
dignity, individuality and privacy of all our residents within a welcoming and caring atmosphere.
Some of our residents have only modest care requirements and may simply enjoy living within a secure and caring environments others may need more assistance. Residents can feel assured that all levels of care is provided to the highest standard by our highly qualified carers 24/7.
Admissions & fees
Before joining us at Eastfield Farm Residential Home we encourage the residents to come along and visit us with their family and friends. Information is gathered from social workers and medical professionals, we will conduct a pre-admission assessment to fully understand the needs of the individual. Fees are dependent on choice of room and the level of care needed.
Upon admission the resident is provided with a key care worker who is responsible to developing and reviewing the residents personal care plan which is reviewed monthly to reflect any changing needs and ensure that the resident maintains a happy stay at Eastfield Farm Residential Home. Relatives and welcomed and encouraged to discuss the level of care being provided.
A vision by founder Director, Sheila Hunt – a farmer’s wife, saw and felt there was a need for a residential care home in the country on a working farm, for local elderly farmers.
At Eastfield Farm Residential Home, we celebrate life and make sure the people we support do too. We do this by treating everyone as individuals, and always tailoring our services and support to meet their needs.
