Situated in the unspoilt countryside and with 26 bedrooms, Eastfield Farm Residential Care Home provides home from home, warm and loving care in the surroundings of a working farm. Our main aim to to deliver top quality care to our residents.

Our fully trained staff understand how the many forms of Dementia affect a person and the daily challenges and changes it brings.
– Short term – for a few days just to make things easier, perhaps for a holiday/special occasion.
– Long term – quality care geared to the needs of the individual by fully trained, caring and dedicated staff.
– Convalescence care – recuperation tailored to individual needs and adapted as you return to health.
– Respite – a much needed break for a family carer.
– Family carer replacement and post hospital care – alternative care while a family carer recuperates.
– Care for Couples – enabling couples to stay together.

– Comprehensive individual care plans for personal dignified care and assistance
– Choice of menu giving you freshly cooked nutritional meals to give a well-balanced diet

A vision by founder Director, Sheila Hunt – a farmer’s wife, saw and felt there was a need for a residential care home in the country on a working farm, for local elderly farmers.
At Eastfield Farm Residential Home, we celebrate life and make sure the people we support do too. We do this by treating everyone as individuals, and always tailoring our services and support to meet their needs.
Our friendly caring ethos is something we are immensely proud of and something we work hard to deliver to each family and resident throughout their stay. Our team strive to preserve the dignity, individuality and privacy of all our residents within a welcoming and caring atmosphere.
